Design Icon "Boby" was designed by Joe Colombo in the 70's
Boby is a trolley storage unit which has made its mark on history, mainly due to its outstanding versatility. Designed to guarantee simple vertically modular solutions and provide, customised storage capacity. The structure and drawers are made from injection-moulded ABS plastic, while the casters are made of polypropylene. Awarded first prize at SMAU in 1971. Part of the MoMA permanent collection in New York, and “Triennale” in Milan.
